 Place the Aroma inhaler under both nostrils, then slowly inhale while waving the inhaler stick back and forth under the nostrils. Think 5-5-5 when using Aroma Inhaler. Count to 5 while inhaling in, count bro 5 while holding your breathe, count to 5 while exhaling. May repeat 2-3 times as needed.

 

They should last at least a month, depending on the number of times opened.
