Shipping & Policies

If you select free pickup, your order must be picked up within 7 business days. A date and time must be organized and agreed upon by both parties. If your order has not been picked up or no date and time has been arranged, your order will be canceled, and there will be no refund.

Shipping: Items will be shipped within 2-3 days with SF Express Courier. Made-to-order items will be shipped once ready (usually within one week, unless agreed otherwise).

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your product with a copy of your invoice and valid reasoning.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been opened and/or used are exempt from return and will not be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be offered only if your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

A request for a refund must be sent to Bubbles & Spells through the inquiry form, with photo evidence of the damage to the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Store Bubbles & Spells creations in a cool, dark area, away from pets and small children. Bath bombs should be used within 3 months of the purchase date to ensure quality and optimal water performance. The shelf life is 6 months.

 

Bath products such as shampoo bars, conditioner bars, deodorants, body oils, whipped sugar scrubs, emulsified sugar scrubs, and shower mousses should be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Once opened, use within 6 months.

 

Soap bars do not require a best before or any other 'expiry' date because they are safe to use for 30 months or more. Soap and bath products are made with a amount of butters and oils; therefore, please do not leave them in heat or direct sunlight.

 

Store in a cool dry place. Unwrap gently before use.
