Order pick up

If you select free pick up within 7 days. This means your order must be picked up

within 7 Business days. A day and time must be organised and agreed on between both parties.

If your order has not been picked up or no date and time has been arranged your order will be cancelled and there will be no refund. 

Shipping: items will be shipped within 2/3 days with SF-Express Courier.

Made to order items will be ship once ready ( usually one week, unless agreed otherwise).

International shipping

Bubbles&Spells do not offer international shipping. We are working on having this in place in the near future.

Return

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receiving your product with a copy of your invoice and legitimate reasoning. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been opened and/ or used are exempt from a return and will not be refunded. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be offered only if your item is damaged or faulty on arrival and a request for refund must be sent to Bubbles&Spells through the enquiry form along with photo evidence of damage to item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Products storage

Store Bubbles&Spells creations in a cool, dark area, away from pets and small children.

Bath Bombs should be used within 3 months of purchase date to ensure the quality and best water performance. Shelf life is 6 months.

Bath products like shampoo bar, conditioner bar, deodorant, body oil, whipped sugar scrub, emulsified sugar scrub, shower mousse, should be used within 6 months of purchase date. Once open, use within 4 months.

Soap bar does not require a best before date or any other ‘expiry’ date because it is safe to use for 30 months plus

Soap and bath products are made with a high amount of butters and oils. As such, please do not leave in high heat/ direct sun.

Store in a cool dry place.

Unwrap gently before use.
